Turning knowledge into inspiration and action
From behavioural psychology to practical solutions that work. Great ideas are everywhere. The real challenge is turning them into meaningful, lasting change in the real world.
We welcome opportunities to collaborate with companies, researchers and organisations to develop screening and assessment tools, questionnaires and practical behaviour change interventions for children, young people and adults.
Drawing on our expertise in neuropsychology, autism, ADHD, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and behaviour analysis, we are particularly interested in how thoughts, motivation and habits shape human behaviour – and how these insights can be used to support meaningful, lasting change.
We are particularly interested in improving patient retention and engagement in clinical trials. We see opportunities to develop practical tools that help doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals identify and address the psychological and behavioural barriers that can lead to patient dropout.
These could include consultation guides, screening tools and brief interventions based on behavioural science and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Designed for use in everyday clinical practice, they could help healthcare professionals address patient concerns, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and support positive habits – making it easier for patients to stay engaged throughout long-term clinical trials.
We also welcome opportunities to collaborate on the development, testing and validation of evidence-informed assessment tools that measure behaviour, wellbeing, learning and development.
At the heart of our work is a commitment to developing practical, user-friendly, evidence-based tools that turn complex research into real-world solutions. Our goal is to improve the patient experience, support informed decision-making and help reduce avoidable dropout from clinical trials – while always respecting each patient's right to choose whether to continue participating.
Because understanding human behaviour only makes a real difference when we put that knowledge into practice.

Talks, workshops & training courses
Turning knowledge into inspiration and action
Why don't we always do what we know we should? What helps us change habits, stay motivated and work better together?
At KlinikNord, we offer engaging, research-informed talks, workshops and professional training that explore human behaviour, behavioural psychology, motivation, learning and lasting change.
Tailored to businesses, organisations, leaders, employees and teams, our sessions combine scientific insights with relatable everyday challenges, a touch of humour and practical strategies that can be put into action straight away.
Educational publishing, screening and assessment Tools
At KlinikNord, we collaborate with businesses, publishers, researchers and organisations to explore human behaviour, motivation, behaviour change, patient retention, learning and development. Drawing on behavioural psychology, neuropsychology and research, we turn scientific insights into practical strategies, educational materials, tailored training programmes and workshops that make a meaningful difference in the real world.
We are keen to bring our expertise in behaviour change, psychology and behavioural science** into new areas, particularly the life sciences and pharmaceutical industry. How can we improve patient retention in clinical trials? How can better communication, motivation and a deeper understanding of human behaviour enhance patient experiences, support treatment adherence and encourage long-term patient engagement? We are particularly interested in collaborations where psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and behavioural science** can help identify barriers to participation, understand why patients disengage and develop practical, patient-centred solutions that work in real life. Whether you're exploring a new idea, facing a challenge with patient engagement or developing a project where human behaviour plays a key role, we'd love to hear from you. Let's explore what we can create together.
