Payment and cancellation policy
Payment can be done in cash, by mobilepay, or by an Internet transfer on the day of the consultation. An invoice can be sent to you with a fee of 30 Danish kroner.
A cancellation has to be reported before noon (12.00) the day before the appointment. This is out of consideration for other families that are on the waiting list. A cancellation can be made via email or by phone.
If the cancellation is made later than noon (12.00) the day before the consultation you will be charged for the full amount for the session.
